STANDARD SHIPPING POLICY
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into RideRich.com will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our Toronto distribution center. Orders shipped within Canada are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air which can be expected within 2-7 business days. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via Air which can be expected within 5-8 business days. Please allow 1-2 days extra for possible random checks by Customs, which is out of our control.
Orders placed Monday-Friday will begin processing 1-5 business days pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM EST the processing period of 1-5 days starts on the following Monday. For orders placed during special promotions, more time may be required to process orders, shipping will start within 2-7 business days. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Ride Rich’s Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification.
